🌉Baltimore Bridge Collapse
Police searching for up to 20 people and their cars in the water after a major bridge in Baltimore, Maryland collapsed as it was hit by a container ship.
TheFrancis Scott Key Bridge is an enormous steel structure which carries Interstate 695 over the Patapsco River southeast of the Baltimore metropolitan area.
The U.S. Coast Guard told NBC News it received a report at 1:27 a.m. ET that a “motor vessel made impact with the bridge” and confirmed it was a 948-foot vessel named DALI, a container ship sailing under a Singaporean flag.
"USCG has deployed three response boats, and pollution responders are en route," said a spokesman, Petty Officer First Class Matthew West.
The Maryland Transport Authority confirmed that the I-695 was shut because of the Key Bridge collapsing due to a "ship strike."
🚓Diddy’s Home Raided For Diddying
Sean Diddy Cobs homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided Monday as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation.
The raids were made by the Department of Homeland Security. "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from agents in Los Angeles, Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."
Views from over the LA home showed DHS agents conducting their raid, while a number of people who left the house were detained by the feds.
🚨NY Could Seize Trump Tower
New York state could start seizing Donald Trump's properties including Trump Tower if he doesn't post a bond. But, a state appeals court ruled that Trump has 10 additional days to post a $175 million bond, down from the $464 million judgment that was originally due Monday.
Meanwhile, Trump is all but certain to become the first former president to stand trial on criminal charges. Trump is accused of orchestrating the cover-up of a sex scandal surrounding his 2016 presidential campaign. Trial had originally been scheduled to start this week, but has been rescheduled for April 15.
The Wall Street debut of Trump’s Truth Social network could net him stock worth $3 billions. Trump’s newly merged social media company will begin trading under the stock ticker symbol DJT on Tuesday, the firm said in a new regulatory filing.
Meanwhile, Trump supporters are being asked to help pay his legal bill. The message from his committee urges them to donate in amounts ranging from $20.24 to $3,300 or more.
Trump has also invited high-dollar donors to an April 6 fundraiser. The invitation’s fine print says donations to the Trump 47 Committee will first be used to give the maximum amount allowed under federal law to Trump’s campaign. Anything left over from the donation next goes toward a maximum contribution to the Save America PAC, and then anything left from there goes to the RNC and then to state political parties
President Biden is maintaining a significant fundraising advantage over Trump, who is running out of campaign money he can tap for legal fees.
It all comes as Trump has also warned that if he isn't elected in the upcoming presidential election "it's gonna be a bloodbath" for the country.
Trump delivered the chilling messages while addressing supporters at a Buckeye Values PAC Rally in Dayton, Ohio

🏠Why Costs To Buy & Sell Homes Are Coming Down
Home buyers and sellers could see a significant drop in the cost of homes after a real estate trade group agreed to a landmark deal that eliminates the standard 6% sales commission. The $418 million agreement will make it easier for home buyers to negotiate fees with agents, could lead more buyers to forgo using agents altogether, and force hundreds of thousands of agents out of the industry.
Meanwhile, Sales of existing homes surged in February to their fastest pace in a year as the number of listings jumped.

137 people died and more than 100 were wounded in an attack today at a Moscow concert hall.

☕️Coffee Fights Aging
Drink up!
New research has unveiled the potential health benefits of trigonelline — a natural molecule found in coffee.
This discovery is pivotal in the quest to improve muscle health and functionality, especially as we age.
Sarcopenia is characterized by the gradual weakening of muscles due to cellular changes associated with aging. This leads to a significant decline in muscle mass, strength, and ultimately, a reduction in physical independence.
In pre-clinical models, coffee which contains supplementation with trigonelline enhanced mitochondrial activity, thus aiding in the preservation of muscle function during aging.

🧪Biden Pushes Abortion Rights As Court Rules Frozen Embryos Are Children
The Biden administration is calling for Congress to codify the protections of Roe v. Wade into federal law.
It comes as The University of Alabama at Birmingham health system is pausing in vitro fertilization treatments as it evaluates the Alabama Supreme Court’s ruling that frozen embryos should be considered children. The ruling has sent shock waves through the world of reproductive medicine, casting doubt over fertility care for would-be parents in the state and raising complex legal questions with implications extending far beyond Alabama.
Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, said the ruling would cause “exactly the type of chaos that we expected when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and paved the way for politicians to dictate some of the most personal decisions families can make.”
🍀Fed Scientists Recommend Easing Marijuana Rules
Government scientists have concluded Marijuana is neither as risky nor as prone to abuse as other tightly controlled substances and has potential medical benefits, and therefore should be removed from the nation’s most restrictive category of drugs.
The recommendations are contained in a 250-page scientific review provided to Matthew Zorn, a Texas lawyer who sued Health and Human Services officials for its release and published it online on Friday night.
The records shed light for the first time on the thinking of federal health officials who are pondering a momentous change. The agencies involved have not publicly commented on their debates over what amounts to a reconsideration of marijuana at the federal level.

💉Wegovy Reduces Heart Problems
The popular weight-loss drug Wegovy reduced the risk of serious heart problems by 20% in a large, international study that experts say could change the way doctors treat certain heart patients.
The research is the first to document that an obesity medication can not only pare pounds, but also safely prevent a heart attack, stroke or a heart-related death in people who already have heart disease — but not diabetes.
Zepbound, a new weight loss drug from Eli Lilly has been approved by the FDA, the latest entrant in the field which includes Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro.
The drug was shown in clinical trials to help people lose up to 52 pounds in 16 months. It will carry a list price of about $1,060 for a month's supply. Despite the steep price, some analysts have anticipated it will become the best-selling drug in history.
The cost may put the new drug out of reach for many people given that insurance companies are often reluctant to cover weight loss medications, and Medicare, by law, does not cover them.
In the United States, 4 in 10 adults have obesity, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
